Clariness is looking for a Project Coordinator (focus Jira) (f/m/d) based in Berlin or Hamburg.
Fulltime; unlimited
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator (focus Jira) (m/f/d) to join our Creative Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the capacity planning and traffic management of our inhouse Creative Team from start to finish ensuring prioritization of projects capacity planning of the copywriters/graphic designers/web developers and ontime delivery. As a Project Coordinator (focus Jira) (m/f/d) you would be responsible for:
- Leading and overseeing the Jira ticketing system of the inhouse creative team ensuring prioritization (according to weighting framework) planning and forecasting the teams capacity and timely delivery.
- Continually improving operational traffic management processes and capacity planning practices to improve performance and manage resources to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our inhouse Project Management team managing expectations through effective communication.
- Contributing to and collaborating within the Creative Operations Leadership team to ensure highperformance and continual efficiency gains of three interdependent teams: Project Management Content Creation and Web Development.
We would like you to have:
- Successfully completed studies preferably in Project Management Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proven experience in traffic management preferably in fastmoving creative agencies or inhouse creative teams in large corporations.
- Proven track record in traffic management of ticketing within a service department via Jira or similar.
- Professional project management certification (Prince2 IPMA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills an additional language is a plus.
- Proficiency in Jira Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project).
- A strategic and agile mindset with strong problemsolving negotiation and intercultural competence.
