Job scope
Job delegation on day to day operations based on the attendance and volume or respective customers.
Responsible to liaise with customer service department to arrange all inbound/outbound activities within deadline
Conduct daily spot checks on documentation warehouse operation process warehouse surrounding.
Perform operational training to team members
Maintained records for all operational documents
Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices
Managed purchase requisition and system updates
Overtime management for team members
Job requirements
with 3 5 years experience as a warehouse supervisor under any global Logistic Service Provider
Required to have forklift license and able to drive forklift and reach truck
Able to speak read and write English for drafting operational reports
Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems
Experienced to handle staff members of 20 headcounts
Required to work days and required to perform overtime as requested
Prior experience in managing medical related products would be added advantage
