- Supervise the smooth and effective operations of the Treasure Cove Gaming Bar
- Foster a positive and highperforming team culture through engaging and supportive leadership
- Maintain a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons
- Create a warm welcome and friendly conversation for customers serving a wide variety of beverages to a highquality standard
- Maximise sales opportunities through promotions excellent knowledge of product and suggestive selling
- Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a bar & gaming venue
- Experience supervising a successful bar & gaming team
- Strong knowledge and skills in operating & maintaining gaming machines
- Certification and experience in responsible service of gaming and alcohol
- Knowledge and skills in bartending making a wide variety of drinks and cocktails
- Excellent communication skills outgoing personality and emotional intelligence
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
