The Executive Office Manager acts as a key link between the CEO and other departments as well as internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional time management effective communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office.
Requirements
Executive Office Management:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO.
- Prepare and handle reports and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information and files.
Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external team members.
- Welcome visitors and manage executive office communications with diplomacy.
Document and Report Preparation:
- Create and coordinate presentations documents and administrative reports.
- Track the implementation of CEO decisions with relevant parties.
Task and Resource Management:
- Arrange travel for the CEO including booking flights and accommodations.
- Oversee office supply needs and ensure proper inventory.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Professional Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
Professional Skills:
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
