- Create a warm welcome and friendly conversation for customers
- Serve customers a wide variety of beverages to a highquality standard
- Looking after the Tab and Keno operations maintaining a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons
- Ensuring the venue is clean and inviting for all visitors
- Taking customer orders & maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in a bar & gaming venue
- Proven capability to maintain monitor and operate gaming machines
- Certification and experience in responsible service of gaming and alcohol
- Knowledge and skills in bartending making a wide variety of drinks and cocktails
- Attention to detail taking orders efficiently and accurately
- Excellent communication skills outgoing personality and emotional intelligence
- Able to learn menu items to connect and share with guests and create memorable dining experiences
