Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to align with company objectives focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities trends and competitive insights.
- Define and track sales targets and KPIs to ensure consistent performance.
Partnerships & Market Expansion:
- Onboard and manage partnerships with regional stakeholders to expand the reach of lending products.
- Build alliances with industry influencers and channel partners to strengthen market presence.
Team Management & Training:
- Recruit train and lead a highperforming sales team while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop training programs to enhance team expertise in sales processes and customer engagement.
- Provide ongoing mentoring set clear expectations and deliver constructive feedback.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish scalable sales frameworks and implement efficient policies.
- Oversee pipeline management ensuring alignment with company growth targets.
- Create detailed sales reports for executive leadership providing actionable insights.
Client Relations & Retention:
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies that reflect company values.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align initiatives with market needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related fields. Certifications in sales management are a plus.
Experience:
- 810 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Preferred industry experience in financial services fintech lending telecommunications automotive or banking.
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams building channels and achieving revenue goals.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms sales tools and pipeline tracking.
- Strong understanding of lending products and the regulatory landscape in Pakistan.
