Our client is a professional construction and project management company providing services to private and public sector clients in Thailand.
Job Title: QA Manager
Location: Bangkok
Working: 5 Days/Week
Responsibilities:
- Manage the companys Quality Assurance section including supervising and mentoring junior QA staff.
- Analyze review and update existing QA documents in collaboration with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Plan conduct and oversee quality audits at construction sites to ensure adherence to project specifications regulatory standards and company policies.
- Allocate tasks to junior QA staff to ensure effective execution of both site audits and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff to build a knowledgeable and competent QA team.
- Liaise with project teams consultants and clients to ensure qualityrelated issues are addressed effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience as a QA consultant in building construction projects.
- Proven expertise in managing QA processes in the construction industry.
- Indepth knowledge of QA/QC standards procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with crossfunctional teams.
- Relevant QA certifications (e.g. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with construction quality management software and tools.
- Ability to travel to construction sites in Thailand.
- Good command of English.
