1. Job Purpose:
To lead and optimize The Pizza Companys sales through food aggregator platforms while building strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
2. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales through food aggregator platforms (e.g. Grab Lineman Foodpanda Shopee Food).
- Manage relationships with key food aggregator partners negotiating terms (including JBP) promotions and collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics on aggregator platforms identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns and promotions across aggregator channels.
- Lead efforts to expand partnerships with new and existing aggregators identifying opportunities for exclusive offers and collaborations.
- Drive the implementation of pricing strategies product listings and content optimization on aggregator platforms.
- Ensure compliance with platform requirements and provide continuous feedback to improve user experience.
- Track and report on sales performance providing actionable insights to improve aggregator sales efficiency and overall profitability.
- Expand sales thru strategic partnerships ie. Banks Mobile phone operators etc.
- Build the culture of teamwork by supervising and coaching subordinates to drive the success as a team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications :
- A masters degree in marketing sales or any related fields.
- At least 7year experience in Sales Marketing communication / Branding / Digital Marketing
- Strong background in marketplace or food aggregators and partnership
- Broad understanding of overall media platform both traditional and digital channels
- Analytic Mind with strong excel skills and deductive Reasoning
- Strong Excel / Analytical / Coaching / Teamwork Skills
- Some Web Development and technology understanding is a benefit
- An Eye for Design User Experience and usage of digital technology.
- Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
- Strong drive for results
