We are seeking a dynamic and motivated German Recruiter to join our client team in Porto or Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing attracting and selecting top talent for our clients primarily focusing on Germanspeaking candidates. As part of a diverse and international environment you will play a critical role in connecting qualified candidates with opportunities that match their skills and career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract Germanspeaking candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and referrals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market insights particularly in the Germanspeaking market.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
Requirements:
- Experience in general recruitment min.1year
- German native or near native speaker
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career in international recruitment
