YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Take ownership of recruiting top talent for various nontech roles across our teams ensuring a smooth and highquality process from start to finish.
- Lead endtoend recruitment from finding the right channels to screening applications conducting interviews and handling offer negotiations.
- Guide candidates through each step building a strong rapport and acting as a trusted advisor for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners (if necessary) to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Track and use recruiting KPIs to continually refine and improve our hiring process.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have a completed degree and proven experience in recruitment roles.
- You understand various roles and can easily distinguish between specialized skills and expertise areas.
- You bring solid experience in stakeholder management.
- Previous experience working with High Volume Recruitment would be a plus (E.g. Customer).
- Youre eager to develop further enjoy working with a collaborative team of recruiters and are excited to learn from specialists across various areas.
- You are proactive and a strong communicator enjoy working in an international environment and feel equally at home in English.
