- Track record of leading analytics teams and developing datadriven solutions in healthcare or related industries
- Experience building strong partnerships with executive stakeholders and driving organizational change through analytics
- Expertise in healthcare analytics tools and technologies including data visualization statistical analysis and data science
- Strong foundation in data governance security and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical concepts into actionable business insights
- Excellence in team leadership mentoring and professional development
- Background in healthcare analytics preferred but not required
