Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead and develop a highperforming analytics team that drives actionable insights across the healthcare system
- Partner with executive leadership to implement datadriven strategies that improve patient care quality and operational efficiency
- Design and oversee the delivery of innovative analytics solutions that enable informed decisionmaking across clinical and business operations
- Build and maintain a center of excellence for healthcare analytics establishing best practices and quality standards
- Drive the strategic growth of analytics capabilities and tools across the organization
- Mentor and develop analytics talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of leading analytics teams and developing datadriven solutions in healthcare or related industries
- Experience building strong partnerships with executive stakeholders and driving organizational change through analytics
- Expertise in healthcare analytics tools and technologies including data visualization statistical analysis and data science
- Strong foundation in data governance security and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical concepts into actionable business insights
- Excellence in team leadership mentoring and professional development
- Background in healthcare analytics preferred but not required
