Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs United States. As a Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects ensuring they align with our organizations strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement program strategies roadmaps and plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage crossfunctional teams to deliver complex multiproject programs
- Establish and maintain program governance structures including steering committees and stakeholder communications
- Monitor program performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage program budgets resources and timelines across multiple projects
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals
- Facilitate decisionmaking processes and resolve conflicts among project teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
- Continuously improve program management processes and methodologies
- Mentor and develop project managers within the program
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of program management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex multiproject programs
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall)
- Proficiency in program management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Indepth knowledge of risk management budgeting and financial analysis
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in program management
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in fastpaced dynamic environments
Desired Characteristics:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with consumer products data and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI and data privacy concepts.
Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a nonNBCUniversal worksite most commonly an employees residence.
