The Head of Grants will spearhead this initiatives strategic and operational growth managing funder relationships guiding program direction and ensuring systems and processes are effectively established to maximise the Funds impact.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of both Indian and global development sectors have a respect for indigenous communities and grassroots movements and demonstrate a proven track record in foundation management.
The Head will also play a vital role in cultivating the next generation of leaders to sustain and further the vision and strategy of the Impact Fund and its mission.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will bring over a 20 years of experience in foundation management social impact or program leadership including a minimum of five years in a senior management role.
Demonstrated expertise in leading largescale initiatives managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving systemic change is essential. The Head must have strong skills in strategy development program management and operational systems building alongside an indepth understanding of the Indian and global development landscape.
Exceptional leadership communication and partnership skills are required as well as the ability to nurture and develop emerging leaders to ensure a strong succession pipeline.
Full Time
