Job Description

Job Specification:

  • Should have strong analytical skills and understanding of process controls.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain/ Warehousing concepts is must.
  • Strong exposure to WMS or should have managed automatic / semiautomatic warehouse operation.
  • Exposure to ERP like Manhattan SAP Oracle etc. is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English Marathi)
  • Level Experience 35yrs

Job Description:

  • Planning for Daily Returns activity Planning Monitoring & Control resources allocation defining / reengineering process
  • Define suitable storage strategy to increase floor productivity
  • Handle the Physical as well as system reconciliation during processing
  • Plan for IT Infra/ assets requirement
  • Understand Floor operations of Warehouse
  • Execution of Daily / weekly / Monthly reconciliation across WMS/ other ERPs system
  • Daily/fortnightly / monthly reconciliation of Physical Receiving vs WMS inventory to ensure shortage / excess/ mismatch are properly accounted
  • Accounting of mismatched during processing and ensure corrective actions
  • Ensure SOP adherence & track KPI/KRA on Weekly/ monthly basis
  • Highlight the exceptions Short/ Excess / Mismatch with proper reasoning to relevant stake holders and ensure closure
  • Cross functional coordination for timely closures
  • Handling 3PL team for respective function.
