Job Description
As a management representative PRS has to maintain and develop the security management concepts with InterDepartment Coordination.
Coordination with the Plant Management to ensure Implementation of security governance at site level .
- Acting as contact person regarding all siterelated security issues.
- Ensure Compliance to State Regulations Bosch Norms Bosch Procedures and Industrial Best practices.
- Ensure effective Incident Investigation process Quality of incident investigation and development of Corrective and Preventive Action.
- Implementation/maintaining of local security awareness and prevention activities (in alignment with central approaches).
- Organizational support and coordination of local events (development and implementation of security concepts).
- Maintaining and increasing Security awareness at site level by imparting training to Associates and Contractors.
- Delivering ongoing consulting and support to site management with regard to effective but costefficient security risk treatment.
- Managing/coordinating the cooperation with external security providers.
- Support site management and business departments regarding security related legal or customer requirements.
- Implementation management and documentation of process regarding siterelated external security providers e.g. purchasing contracting tracking auditing conflict management (from functional perspective).
- Maintaining the interfaces to local Govt authorities (e.g. police).
- Excellent knowledge of CCTV Access Control System Key Management and security applications such as material movement visitor management patrolling beat etc.
- Drive automation and digitisation of security processes.
- Participate and Contribute to CSR activities
- Internal & External Vigilance
Qualifications :
Exservicemen with minimum five years in Corporate or industrial security experience.
Any Degree / Criminology Defence Studies are preferable with minimum 5 years of corporate and industrial security experience.
Additional Information :
Candidates with CPP PSP PCI certfications will be preferred.
