Job Description:

• SAP GTS Implementation & Configuration:
• Lead and support SAP GTS implementations and enhancements including configuration customizations and testing.
• Configure SAP GTS modules such as Customs Management Trade Compliance and Export/Import Management to meet business requirements.
• Implement solutions to manage trade documentation customs declarations and duty management.
• Integrate SAP GTS with other SAP modules (SAP MM SD and SAP S/4HANA) and thirdparty systems to ensure smooth data flow across the enterprise.
• Global Trade & Compliance Management:
• Design and implement solutions for managing global trade processes including import/export compliance customs declarations and tariff management.
• Ensure that business operations comply with local and international trade regulations such as customs duties import/export controls and sanctions.
• Implement SAP GTS functionality for managing licenses permits and certificates required for global trade.
• Provide guidance on trade compliance best practices ensuring alignment with company policies and global trade laws.
• Configure customs management processes within SAP GTS including electronic customs filing customs declarations and integration with local customs authorities.
• Develop and implement customs reporting solutions and ensure compliance with customs audits and regulations.
• Design and maintain interfaces with customs systems for automated communication of customs declarations.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP GTS systems troubleshooting integration and configuration issues.
• Work with users to resolve issues related to customs procedures trade compliance and system performance.
• Conduct system monitoring and ensure the stability and accuracy of GTS functionalities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT business users and external partners to implement global trade solutions.
• Work with functional teams to gather requirements perform gap analysis and define solutions to meet business objectives.
• Lead or participate in workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer for business and technical users.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications configuration guides and user manuals for SAP GTS implementations.
• Provide knowledge transfer to business users and teams regarding SAP GTS functionality and processes.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) with at least 2 fullcycle implementations of SAP GTS.
• Strong handson experience with key SAP GTS modules: Customs Management Trade Compliance and Export/Import Management.
• Indepth knowledge of global trade regulations customs procedures trade compliance and duty management.
• Experience integrating SAP GTS with other SAP modules (SAP MM SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA) and external customs authorities.
• Strong understanding of global trade processes including import/export documentation licenses tariffs and trade reporting.
• Familiarity with global trade regulations such as the U.S. EAR (Export Administration Regulations) EU customs and international sanctions.
• Experience with SAP GTS interfaces for customs systems integration with thirdparty logistics providers and managing trade data flows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with crossfunctional teams and business stakeholders.
