Functional attributes:

• Strong Capability to architect highly scalable distributed systems that event driven
• Expertise in Functional aspects of the Product and able to play the Business Analyst role with experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams/banks and experience in Product testing.
• Exposure in conducting or participating in product demonstration and assessment studies.
• Good understanding of the Core Banking architecture administration configuration data structure.
• Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core Retail and Commercial Deposits Lending Compliance including product parametrisation and set up.
• Show indepth knowledge on best banking practices and Core Banking modules like Deposits Lending Accounting combined with good understanding of GL in FIS
• Experience in designing and developing high level functional requirements test and validate the project deliverables against the requirements.
• Excellent business communication skills
• Experience in preparing Test Planning Test Strategy Test Design Execution & Documentation process
• Thorough Understanding & Mapping of Business Situation
• Excellent knowledge Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Have Rational Analysis & Logical Thinking
• Other skills include Effort Estimation Presales support engagement Assessments Project planning Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff.
• Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.

• MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 12 Years.

• Prior Client facing experience.
• Experience in Core Banking applications
• Implementation experience in any of the core banking solutions.
• Understanding of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues.
• Develop Business Case Business KPIs Benefits realization plan and measure KPIs
• Develop plans for continuous improvement
• Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio.
• Must have domain driven functional experience preferably focused on financial service.
• Must have presentation skills ability to create PowerPoint presentations to communicate solution architecture to various stakeholders.
• Experience working under agile delivery methodology
• Experience with researching new products/tools and rapid prototyping
• Previous experience working in delivery consulting

To qualify for the role you must have

• MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 12 Years
• Well versed on Functional aspects of Temenos products
• Good understanding of the T24 architecture administration configuration data structure
• Functional aspects: Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core retail corporate securities asset management compliance including product parametrisation and set up.
• Show indepth knowledge on best banking practices and T24 modules like securities accounting AA good understanding of GL in T24
• Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.
• Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD TSD FSD
• Excellent business communication skills
• Have experience in developing strategies plan design development testing deployment and production support of projects and products.
• Good Leadership skills
• Excellent clientfacing skills

Ideally youll also have

Technologies and Tools

• Experience in Tools like MS Visio ARIS BPMN Signavio.
• Temenos Module Certifications
• Experience in handling JIRA QC Compliance
• Experience in handling project management tools
