Our clients company specializes in providing a range of insurance services including Commercial Personal and Group Benefits Insurance. Currently they are seeking a dedicated Commercial Account Manager to join their team. This role involves working closely with the Client Services Team and Producers to deliver exceptional service to commercial insurance clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal process independently including setting prerenewal meetings performing audits consulting on policy changes obtaining estimates remarketing coverages processing certificates and endorsements and binding coverages.
- Prepare insurance applications and consolidate underwriting information for presentation to insurance markets.
- Report and monitor claims as necessary on some accounts.
- Assist with client meeting presentations and attend client meetings as required.
- Oversee the production of renewal documents such as Certificates of Insurance Auto ID Cards Invoices and Policy Summaries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial insurance experience with an independent agency.
- Possession of OR & WA Property & Casualty Licenses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs at an intermediate level (Word Excel Power Point Outlook).
- Preferred experience using Agency Management System particularly EPIC.
- Ability to work in a hybrid onsite or remote capacity depending on location.
- Experience managing General Lines of Coverage Book of Business typically not exceeding $300k.
