Job Description
Stone Sourcing is hiring a System Engineer for a Swiss LabTech company in Winterthur Zrich.
Your main tasks will be maintenance and operation of Windows 11 and MS SQL Database Administration.
Tasks
- Infrastructure maintenance encompasses the following areas: Helpdesk server and client management (Windows 11) virtualization platforms (VMware & HyperV) storage systems (NetApp) networks firewalls.
- As part of your Database Administration duties you will oversee highly available database environments implement backup and recovery processes conduct database monitoring and performance analysis and participate in database migration projects.
- You will support project managers with the installation the core software products.
- Your team is also supported by specialised external ICT service providers.
Requirements
- Fluent German & English
- 5 years of experience in System Engineering.
- 3 years of experience with Windows (10/11) and MS SQL.
- Good understanding of at least one of the following: Virtualisation Storage Networking Firewalls.
