Job Title: Mobile Tech Lead / Junior Architect
Location : Plano TX(Hybrid) local or near by
Experience: 15 yrs
Job summary: A Mobile Tech Lead / Junior Architect plays a crucial role in the development and architecture of mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in mobile development who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and drive the technical direction of mobile projects. The selected candidate will be a part of a team of 1215 other individuals.
Required Skills:
o Programming Languages: Proficiency in Swift Kotlin Java and ObjectiveC.
o Frameworks: Experience with React Native Flutter and other mobile frameworks.
o Tools: Familiarity with Agile methodologies CI/CD and version control systems like Git.
o Proficiency in Android and iOS development.
o Strong knowledge of mobile architecture and design.
o Experience with mobile application development tools and technologies.
o Familiarity with Android Developer Tool Android Architecture & Design and Android Testing and Debugging.
o Proficiency in Java J2EE Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
o Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms.
o Handson experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
o Strong understanding of architectural patterns and design principles
Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
o Experience: 15 Years of proven experience in mobile architecture and development.
o Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and experience with crossplatform frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
o Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
o ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
o Design and Architect Mobile Applications: Create scalable and highquality mobile solutions.
o Lead and Mentor: Guide the mobile development team providing technical direction and mentorship.
o Collaborate: Work with crossfunctional teams to define and implement new features.
o Ensure Performance: Maintain the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
o Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
o Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
o Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation
o Lead the development and implementation of mobile applications.
o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
o Ensure performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
o Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
o Maintain code quality organization and automation.
o Assist in the development and maintenance of the architecture blueprint for enterprise applications.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and select appropriate technologies frameworks and platforms.
o Ensure seamless integration of applications with other enterprise systems.
o Establish and enforce application architecture principles best practices and standards
