Job Description

WEB / MOBILE TECH LEAD

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We have deployed a new version of our mobile and web application with an architecture ReactJS/ReactNative consuming APIs. In the next few years we want to develop new features in our Web and Mobile Banking application and for that we want to be supported at the beginning on establishing best practices and improving our development process to deliver better quality. We also want to be supported on the set up of an automated testing solution for our mobile app.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assess the current development process and give recommendations to improve the quality delivered the maintainability of the app and help the team to fit better with their estimates.

Support the team to implements the recommendations and to promote software craftmanship.

Advice on the selection and the setup of an automated testing solution for the mobile app

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ReactJS/ReactNative

Experienced as mobile or web tec lead you had defined development processes

You already have set up an automated testing solution for a mobile app

Knowledge in DevOps and CI/CD

Culture in information technologies and architecture.

Knowledge of Software Patterns and Anti Patterns.

Good understanding of enterprise architecture

Progress through the software culture of Craftsmanship is your wish.

You are passionate at heart and always seek to improve yourself and share your knowledge.

You like to communicate and are not afraid to speak your mind.

you are keen to take initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS

Domain of expertise

Technical lead on Web (React JS) and Mobile (ReactNative)

LANGUAGES

French/ English
