Job Description:
Job summary:
- A Mobile Tech Lead / Junior Architect plays a crucial role in the development and architecture of mobile applications.
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in mobile development who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and drive the technical direction of mobile projects.
- The selected candidate will be a part of a team of 1215 other individuals.
Experience:
- 15 yrs
Required Skills:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Swift Kotlin Java and ObjectiveC.
- Frameworks: Experience with React Native Flutter and other mobile frameworks.
Tools:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies CI/CD and version control systems like Git.
- Proficiency in Android and iOS development.
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture and design.
- Experience with mobile application development tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with Android Developer Tool Android Architecture & Design and Android Testing and Debugging.
- Proficiency in Java J2EE Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms.
- Handson experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns and design principles
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- 15 Years of proven experience in mobile architecture and development.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and experience with crossplatform frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
Leadership Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
ProblemSolving:
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Architect Mobile Applications: Create scalable and highquality mobile solutions.
- Lead and Mentor: Guide the mobile development team providing technical direction and mentorship.
- Collaborate: Work with crossfunctional teams to define and implement new features.
- Ensure Performance: Maintain the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Lead the development and implementation of mobile applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the architecture blueprint for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and select appropriate technologies frameworks and platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of applications with other enterprise systems.
- Establish and enforce application architecture principles best practices and standards
