Job Description

Our client requires the services of a Component and Vehicle Flash Coordinator (Entry) Onsite/Rosslyn

POSITION: Contract until December 2025

EXPERIENCE: 24 Years related working experience

COMMENCEMENT: 01 December 2024

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • BEngTech Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Analytical.
  • Good writing and Verbal Communication Skill.
  • Project Management
  • Problem Solving in timely (Speed) and efficient manner.
  • PowerPoint Excel and quick to learn other systems.
  • Understand some level of programming and willing to learn other inhouse programming.

ADVANTAGEOUS

  • Previous Experience working with E/E commissioning systems ECU flashing vehicle flashing and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with vehicle electrical systems (Specifically GROUP ECUs and boardnets).
  • Basic Programming Experience.
  • Able to work within a highpressure environment.
  • Flexibility by taking on ad hoc tasks and ensuring smooth operation of all flashing activities.
  • Operating Independently and own initiative within the field of responsibilities

ROLE:

  • Plan and coordinate flash activities within the component HVB and vehicle flashing areas.
  • Provide 1st level support to the component HVB and complete vehicle flashing areas.
  • Troubleshoot and solve critical technology issues in a timely manner and implement effective solutions to ensure OEE and flash centre targets are achieved.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and improving efficiency within area of responsibilities.
  • Link between Production Online and Offline Logistics and Planning department to ensure flashing equipment IT infrastructure and operate optimally and with a high efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Provide input into annual overheads/CAPEX budget planning.
  • Plans process and show overall manpower requirements within planned processes.
  • Introduce process security measures within planned processes configuration and hardware requirement and communication.
  • Project Management of area and equipment lifecycle upgrades.
  • Support E/E Process Planning and Offline with E/E hardware and tools in the context of E/E flashing commissioning and rework.
  • Administrate attend relevant GROUP Group rounds (SIT E/E Process Chain etc.) for input and participation in the overall E/E Plant processes.
