Job Description
Role Salesforce Solutions Architect
Location: Fort Worth TX (Onsite Day1)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect with a broad understanding of various systems to join our team. As a Salesforce Solutions Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with our organizations overall enterprise architecture
- Lightning Web Components
- Apex Code
- Sales Marketing and Service Clouds
- AgentForce
- Salesforce Einstein AI
- CRMA
- CaaS integrations
- SFDC API
- Workflows
- etc.
- Analyze business requirements and provide expert recommendations and roadmaps for Salesforce platform and application solutions considering integration with other systems.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture diagrams ensuring that solutions are welldesigned scalable and adhere to best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams mentoring and coaching team members on standard methodologies for design development and system integration.
- Lead the development of proof of concepts (POCs) to validate the design and performance of solutions leveraging your technical expertise to create innovative POCs that encompass various systems.
- Oversee the successful implementation and transition of technology products and solutions working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth deployment interoperability and adoption across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business users IT teams and vendors to gather requirements design solutions and provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform and its integration with other systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during the implementation phase ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across integrated systems.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecting solutions and integrations across Salesforce platform and other cloud technologies with a proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements.
- Bachelors degree with preference in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or Business AND/OR equivalent relevant formal training certifications or work experience.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as SF Administration SF Developer and/or CTA (Certified Technical Architect) are highly desired showcasing expertise in Salesforce platform and its various components.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems enabling seamless data flow and interoperability.
