Job Title : Sr Business Analyst
Exp : 8 to 10 yrs
Work Type : Full Time
Work Mode : Work From Office
Location : Gurgaon
Budget : 20 LPA
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
PFB the JD below:
- Should have minimum 8years of work experience with exposure to functional knowhow of Websites & Mobile App
- Siebel handson is a must for driving foundational projects
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and help senior BA to develop the product strategy and roadmap
- Understand high level business requirements and break it into smaller packages of work for implementation within Sprints
- Assist with product /system/process documentation to support users and business continuity
- Define and take ownership of prioritizing and driving the product backlog
- Coordinate with stakeholders to produce personas detailed user journeys acceptance criteria and designs ready for implementation
- Work with the development team to deliver key milestones including managing and prioritizing the sprint backlog to ensure the work items delivered meet business expectations
- Effectively manage common & conflicting needs across different business stakeholders and arrive at a common ground
- Hands on in JIRA Excel Word PowerPoint.
Skill Set : Siebel hands on along with Website & Mobile App product know how
