Job Description

HM Note: This hybrid role is three (3) days in office

Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior technical expertise project leadership and coordination of activities in the technical design and delivery in the project.
  • Provide technical advice to OPS and project team leveraging their PeopleSoft HCM technical knowledge and knowledge about Fluid UI and tools delivered as part of Fluid UI to meet project goals and objectives ensuring efficiency.
  • Provide specialized PeopleSoft HCM Technical expertise in leading the design and build of the technical solutions for the OPS PeopleSoft HCM project.
  • Supporting WIN system enhancement planning and deliverables for Phase 2 of the WIN System Stability project by acting as the technical lead.
  • Assisting with WIN Optimization requirements planning for future onboarding process improvements.
  • Contributing to the planning for an MVP for WIN mobile capabilities.
  • and nbsp;Ability to analyze evaluate and prioritize potential issues and provide advice on resolution.
  • Suggest opportunities to improve design and build of PeopleSoft modules and functionalities in use.

Must Have Skills:
  • Experience and nbsp;leading and nbsp;technical teams and nbsp;to perform technical analysis design and implementation for and nbsp;entire and nbsp;project and nbsp;lifecycle 25%
  • Indepth knowledge and nbsp;of and nbsp;PeopleSoft HCM and nbsp;9.2 upgrades: PUM and PeopleTools 20%
  • Knowledge and nbsp;of and nbsp; and nbsp;PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 suite with respect to Fluid and Classic Plus user interface 15%
  • Experience and nbsp;supporting and nbsp;system integration and user and nbsp;acceptance and nbsp;testing and nbsp;from technical perspectives 15%
  • Digital First approach to adopting digital processes using PeopleSoft HCM 10%

  • Leads organizational development strategy development business planning and Ministry funding requests.
  • Gathers and develops requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan.
  • Ability to monitor and forecast project costs and provide reporting and input to ensure targets are met
  • Experience developing and managing project schedules deliverables and scope
  • Ability to promote I and amp;IT project management best practices and adherence to standard methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience directing project teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and adhere to government and ministry standards
  • Extensive experience coordinating and monitoring project processes and developing/communicating guidelines and procedures
  • Sources selects and onboards team members in various disciplines clarify roles and responsibilities and set task/deliverable/performance expectations for resources that are both OPS employees as well as fee for service (FFS) consultants.
  • Resolves resourcing and interpersonal conflicts negotiates changes to resourcing ensures knowledge is shared among team members such as project objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Proactively identifies potential risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed.
  • Promotes OPS I and amp;IT standards and best practices for project management to facilitate control of system quality adherence to standard methodology and the control of the use of I and amp;IT resources.


Must Haves:
  • Experience leading technical teams to perform technical analysis design and implementation for entire project lifecycle
  • Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades
  • Knowledge of and nbsp;PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 suite with respect to Fluid and Classic Plus user interface
