Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re hiring Full Stack Engineers to help to build our platform sites and suite of AI products.
Reporting to engineering leadership you ll be an experienced member of the product team responsible for building delightful products and technically complex systems. You ll be working in a fast paced deeply technical team across the entire stack including productising AI research.
What the job involves:
- Building products and features using modern technologies across the entire stack with a highly technical team
- Resolving technical issues and making decisions which affect our apps sites and projects
- Delivering delightful user experiences and being userfocused in decisionmaking.
- Ensuring our products evolve quickly and safely with the best development security and testing practices
- Ensuring your own code and product quality is consistently high and improving

- Ship daily We re building and releasing features fast going from idea to production in hours rather than weeks.
- Empathise with users Lawyers and legal clients have unique perspectives preferences and expectations. We build products which understand them deeply.

Requirements
- You re opinionated AF and want to help us change the legal system for the better.
- You have a track record of delivering exceptional work and can demonstrate it.
- You have experience in fast paced and high growth environments.
- You are highly organised and can demonstrate your attention to detail.
- You re motivated and ambitious capable of learning and adapting quickly.
- You have deep understanding of our tech stack having built modern apps using best practices.
- You ve been a contributor in a high output engineering team and have experience moving fast (Kanban CI/CD DevOps Serverless).
- You have worked in product teams alongside product managers and designers.
- You have built products from the ground up.
- You have worked in productdriven companies making decisions which impact tens of thousands of users.
- You have an eye for design and knowledge of best security practices.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
