Job Description

We are hiring an Clinical Nurse Manager 3 Nurse Practice Development for a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are central to all we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee nursing clinical and professional practice.
  • Encourage a professional nursing practice environment that aligns with the hospitals purpose vision and values.
  • Oversee the quality assurance programs for nursing services in a way that promotes and guarantees the provision of the best possible patientcentered nursing care in all hospitals.
  • In order to achieve the learning objectives for student nurses established by the Third Level College and the NMBI standards for the students make sure that the clinical settings to which student nurses are assigned for clinical placements offer the best possible teaching and learning environments.
  • Develop and implement personcentred nursing practices through care processes that improve patient outcomes and clinical efficacy.
  • Encourage change and play a significant part in advancing the corporate and nursing advancements and tactics needed to maintain advancements in clinical and nursing practice.




Requirements

  • Registered in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
  • Have at least five years post registration nursing experience including a minimum of two years experience/involvement in clinical practice management practice development education or quality improvement.
  • Hold a postgraduate degree at level 8 or higher that is pertinent.
  • Have completed a Teaching and Assessing course/programme/module.
  • Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
