Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Rheumatology to a leading hospital in CorkIreland.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the growth of the specialised rheumatic nursing service by showcasing the capacity to stay current with advancements in nursing practice within the relevant speciality
- Contributing as a specialised nurse at the hospital level to the creation and application of regional national and worldwide rheumatology care standards
- Assume responsibility for making decisions about symptom management which are frequently intricate and challenging.
- As needed refer patients to inpatient units or specialised community teams.
- Provide guidance to those who are struggling with related conditions or lifestyle adjustments.
- Empowering individuals with rheumatic illnesses and encouraging selfmanagement and treatment compliance.
Requirements
- Enrolled in the General Division of the NMBIs live nurse registry
- At least five years of experience after registering.
- A minimum of two years experience in rheumatology treatment or a related field.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively.
- It is preferred to have a postgraduate diploma or the equivalent preceptorship course.
- Experience in management is preferred.
