Job Description
Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer you will analyze design code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance enhancements and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements designing software solutions writing code and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and develop software solutions that meet the business needs.
Write efficient and highquality code.
Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and reliability of the software.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience in designing and developing software applications.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java C or Python.
Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years fulltime education is required.
