Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the sales process. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key decisionmakers in large organizations.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the enterprise segment.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Csuite executives and decisionmakers in large organizations.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking industry events and targeted outreach.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends competitive landscape and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product development and customer support teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer experience.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities forecasts and pipeline management in CRM systems.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 5 years of enterprise sales experience
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data identify trends and make informed decisions.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
