About Innvocept Global Solutions

Innvocept Global Solutions is an emerging, full-service clinical research organization (CRO) specializing in biometrics and Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies. We are poised for growth in the U.S. market and seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can hit the ground running with minimal oversight, secure new business, and elevate our brand.

Role Overview

As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you will spearhead end-to-end sales activities identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving contract closures. You will also shape and execute marketing initiatives to establish our presence in the U.S. healthcare research domain. This position offers a balance of a stable base salary and a robust incentive structure to reward performance.

Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting small- to mid-sized pharma/biotech companies.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with scientific/operations teams to design and present tailored CRO solutions.

2.Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy including digital campaigns, conference outreach, and content marketing.
  • Create marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies) showcasing Innvocept s capabilities in clinical research and RWE.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights for service enhancements.

3.Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and relationship building.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless project hand-offs and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Represent Innvocept at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

4.Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze KPIs (lead conversion, marketing ROI, revenue growth).
  • Generate regular forecasts and sales reports for leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3 4 years in sales within a CRO/healthcare/pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans is a strong plus.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, biometrics, and/or medical writing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic marketing automation platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
