Required Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience in Data & Analytics domain and minimum 3 years as AI
Architect
Masters or Ph.D. in a discipline such as Computer Science Statistics or Applied Mathematics
with an emphasis or thesis work on one or more of the following: deep learning machine
learning Generative AI and optimization.
Must have experience of articulating and presenting business transformation journey using AI /
Gen AI technology to CLevel Executives
Proven experience in delivering largescale AI and GenAI transformation programs for
multinational organizations
Strong understanding of AI and GenAI algorithms and techniques
Must have handson experience in opensource software development and cloud native
technologies especially on GCP tech stack
Proficiency in python and prominent ML packages Proficiency in Neural Networks is desirable
though not essential
Experience leading and managing teams of Data Scientists Data Engineers and Data Analysts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience in the Oil & Gas Energy Manufacturing Retail Healthcare or Fintech sectors
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
GCP Professional Cloud Architect and GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer Certification
Experience with AI frameworks and tools (TensorFlow PyTorch Keras)
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI strategies that align with the business objectives of our customers
Lead largescale AI transformation programs from ideation to execution
Manage a team of 1520 Data Scientists providing guidance and mentorship
Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and technologies and contribute towards the creation of
knowledge repository reusable templates reports and dashboards
Assign tasks track deliverables and remove impediments to team members
Monitor project progress and report to internal/external stakeholders
Provide feedback to team members and be a coach and mentor for them
Work with other teams and Program Managers in the organization and assist them on
estimation of tasks for proposals
Participate in organization development activities time to timeInterviews CSR/ Employee
engagement activities participation in business events/conferences implementation of new
policies systems and procedures as decided by Management team
