Job Description
We are looking for a Data Architect (level 3) to lead multiple data development squads
- Design and implement endtoend Azure data solutions including data ingestion storage processing and visualization.
- Architect data platforms using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure Synapse Azure Databricks (ADB) Azure SQL Database Azure Hyperscale and PySpark.
- Designing data models and schemas to support business requirements and analytical insights.
- Experience in working with ETL tools like design and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory for seamless data integration and migration.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for ETL processes.
- Experience in defining approach for automated unit and integration testing
- Development experience in Azure services such as Azure Functions Logic Apps Azure Storage Azure Monitor Azure Event Hub
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like Azure DevOps Gitlab or GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data engineering team.
- Stay updated on emerging Azure technologies and best practices in data architecture.
- Stay current with industry trends making recommendations as available to help keep the environment operating at it optimum while minimizing waste and maximizing investment.
- Create and update the documentation to facilitate crosstraining and troubleshooting
- Strong expertise in all aspects of Azure services with a focus on data engineering & BI reporting.
- Experience in data modelling data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust data solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Total Experience Expected: 1014 years
Qualifications :
B. Tech. with overall around 15 years of IT Experience & minimum 3 years as an Azure Data Architect
