Our client is an outsourcing that is collaborating with other differents companies. They are looking for a Helpdesk Agent with a Native/High level of Dutch por the project they have about theme parks. In this role youll be part of a dynamic constantly evolving environment helping to resolve customer needs while providing exceptional service.
Tasks
How will your day by day be
You will receive incoming customer calls through phone email chat and other platforms.
You will resolve customer inquiries and demands quickly efficiently and professionally.
You will provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of the users.
You will maintain consistent communication with customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
You are the perfect match if:
You have a Native or High level of Dutch.
You are fluent in English.
