Job Description

We are looking for a (Senior) Manager to join our team in Amsterdam.
Tasks
- Lead and manage M&A project teams and processes in a highly clientfacing role
- Drive marketing and origination activities in collaboration with senior leadership
- Oversee comprehensive research including financial strategic and competitive analyses
- Prepare and supervise the drafting of highquality presentations company profiles market and sector reports information memorandums and other transaction documentation
- Coordinate the preparation of historical and projected financial statements and oversee detailed financial modelling
- Provide strategic advice on the financial implications of mergers and acquisitions ensuring thorough valuation analysis
- Mentor and develop junior analysts and associates providing training and guidance as needed.
Requirements
- A proactive leader with strong communication skills strategic thinking and extensive market research expertise
- Excellent Dutch & English language proficiency (written & spoken)
- Exceptional interpersonal presentation adaptability and project management skills
- Strong academic background with a completed university degree in Economics Finance Accounting Business or related fields with financial acumen
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in M&A Corporate Finance Transaction Services Consulting or Private Equity ideally with significant exposure to the entire transaction process
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to oversee complex analyses and presentations.
