- 6 or more years of experience working with Microsoft SharePoint & IIS including Design Implement and Support
- Strong knowledge on Installations Configurations and Integrations
- Strong knowledge of all SharePoint IIS versions
- Strong knowledge in IIS deployment and Performance Tuning
- Good Knowledge on MS SQL
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Farm Deployments Migrations and Patching and Upgrades
- Strong Knowledge of Backup and restore of SharePoint & IIS
- PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge in SharePoint and IIS troubleshooting
- Good knowledge on MS Viva MS Power Platform
- Strong Knowledge on Best Industry Practices
- Basic knowledge of Virtualization Windows AD Exchange DNS & Microsoft clusters
- Strong customer focus communication skills and excellent technical and interpersonal skills
- Should be a Good Team Player and Individual Performer as well
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities
- Good to have knowledge on MS Viva MS Power Platform
- Good to have certifications on M365/Azure/Power Platform
- Experience or knowledge about the Google Drive to M365 migration especially to SharePoint Online and/or OneDrive
