Job Description
As a Utility Staff you will handle the upkeep and sanitation of the facility maintain inventories and assist in siterelated concerns. Your role ensures that the workplace operates efficiently and stays welcoming for all.

Your Daily Tasks
- Maintain the facility s daily upkeep.
- Ensure continuous site cleaning sanitation and preparation of sanitation accomplishment reports.
- Guarantee compliance with the Facility Upkeep and Sanitation schedule.
- Conduct daily inventory checks of supplies.
- Assist the FA/immediate supervisor with siterelated concerns.
- Adhere to the facility s schedule with adjustments based on operational needs.
- Follow internal processes and policies set by the Utility Management Program and Facilities and Administration Department.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Housekeeping experience required.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as Utility Personnel.
- Proficient in basic cleaning and sanitation practices.
- Willing to undergo training and development.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions effectively.
- Basic proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Strong intra and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
