Assist with responses to Trip Advisor Trust You Medallia and guest comment cards on a daily/weekly basis.
Work with the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage for updates and enhance the service and food offerings in Club Millesime.
Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high luxury service standard.
Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
Attend morning briefings groups meeting payroll hotel inventory meeting as well as coverage for our committees incase our department representative cannot be present.
Assist Club Millesime Manager with the financial aspects in Club Millesime such as budgets stock take payroll PNL and forecast.
Assist with training and development of the team.
Assist in creating rosters to fit the business needs in a two week in advance bracket at minimum.
Qualifications :
Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
Experience within a similar supervisor role.
Strong communication skills.
Always display a professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand.
Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
