Job Description
ey Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend project management for telephony contact center conferencing and mobility technology initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones resource allocation and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations customer service and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors such as Zoom Five9 Cisco Neat and mobility providers to align project deliverables and timelines.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of conferencing and workplace solutions ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Monitor and report on project progress identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings including project kickoffs status updates and postimplementation reviews.
- Budget and cost management
- Communication Escalation Issue and Stakeholders management
- Adapt project strategies to accommodate different time zones and global teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Around 8 to 10 years of experience in project management preferably in telephony contact center or workplace technology environments.
- Strong experience with key technologies including:
- Telephony and Contact Center: Five9 Cisco Avaya or similar platforms.
- Conferencing/Workplace Technology: Zoom Neat Microsoft Teams or similar solutions.
- Mobility Services: Experience working with mobility vendors and managing enterprise mobile device programs.
- PMP PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
