Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee contract management & arbitration across BOTToll/HAM/Annuity projects
Ensure compliance with contractual provisions and regulatory requirements
Manage contractual disputes arbitration matters and legal advisory
Handle claims counterclaims and contract dispute resolution (CDR)
Supervise and ensure contract compliance for assigned road projects
Liaise with legal teams regulatory bodies and authorities
Monitor annuity payments statutory obligations and project risks
Prepare MIS reports legal documentation and policy recommendations
Required:
B.Tech (Civil) / LLB from a top institute
1215 years of experience in contract management arbitration and legal compliance (highways preferred)
Strong expertise in BOTToll/HAM/Annuity models & dispute resolution
Excellent knowledge of infrastructure contracts legal frameworks and regulatory requirements
Ability to advise negotiate and represent the company in arbitration forums
Strong analytical communication and leadership skills
