Job Description:
Maersk is seeking an experienced Financial Controller with expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our dynamic finance team. This role is integral to driving financial strategies ensuring accurate forecasting and delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals.
- Perform indepth financial analysis and variance reporting ensuring adherence to financial controls and standards.
- Oversee and control financial reporting and compliance driving improvements in accounting processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- CA/ICWA/CMA certification is required.
- Proven experience in financial controlling and FP&A functions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
