We are hiring for the role of Regional Manager North India for a renowned chain of Oncology clinic having PAN India presence.

The organization is committed to providing exceptional cancer care through cuttingedge immunotherapy. Based in New Delhi the center has extended its services to numerous major cities across India.
The details are below:
1. Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee the smooth functioning of all clinics within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols SOPs and guidelines for patient care.
- Monitor clinic infrastructure ensuring that facilities are wellmaintained and operational.
- Collaborate with Clinic Incharges to ensure staff efficiency and highquality patient service.
- Implement and monitor adherence to safety hygiene and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits of clinic performance staffing and resource allocation.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities for patient outreach and service expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for lead generation and patient acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase clinic footfall and treatment adoption.
- Manage regional sales targets and ensure clinics are meeting or exceeding their revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships tieups with healthcare providers or promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
3. Staff Management & Development
- Provide leadership and direction to Clinic Incharges medical staff and support teams within the region.
- Ensure effective staff scheduling recruitment and retention of key clinic personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of clinic staff and identify areas for skill development.
- Implement training programs and workshops for skill enhancement ensuring staff remain updated with the latest industry practices.
- Resolve staff grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
4. Financial Management
- Monitor clinic financials including budget adherence expense control and profitability.
- Ensure effective utilization of clinic resources to maintain costefficiency.
- Review monthly financial reports track variances and develop corrective action plans to meet financial targets.
- Implement costsaving initiatives without compromising the quality of service.
5. Patient Experience & Satisfaction
- Monitor and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction across clinics.
- Address patient complaints and issues swiftly ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve patient feedback retention and loyalty.
- Work closely with medical staff to ensure treatment quality and patientcentric care.
6. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports to senior management.
- Analyse data to identify trends in clinic performance patient demographics and revenue streams.
- Utilize clinic data to make informed decisions on staff allocation marketing efforts and operational improvements.
7. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all clinics comply with local and national regulations.
- Implement regular audits to maintain compliance with healthcare and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations and ensure regional clinics remain compliant.
8. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including suppliers vendors and local health authorities.
- Foster relationships with referring doctors and other healthcare professionals to encourage patient referrals.
- Act as the regional liaison between clinics and the central administration ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
