are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Manager with a focus on portfolio topics for Cloud Professional Services to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for addressing portfolio topics from a strategic perspective defining how the portfolio fits with other units and working closely with Detecon our advisory arm and the Digital Portfolio area as part of the Cloud Services team In this role you will work closely with senior leadership and executive teams preparing and delivering high impact board presentations and strategic reports on the overall direction of the cloud services portfolio and its integration with broader organizational initiatives Key Responsibilities Portfolio Strategy Development oDefine develop and implement the Cloud Professional Services portfolio strategy ensuring it aligns with other business units and the overall corporate direction oCollaborate with internal teams including Detecon and the Digital Portfolio area to integrate consulting and cloud service offerings effectively oContinuously evaluate the market trends competitor landscape and technological advancements to refine portfolio strategy Collaboration and Cross Functional Integration oWork closely with Detecon Advisory Arm and the Digital Portfolio teams to ensure alignment of cloud services with broader digital and advisory services oEngage with stakeholders across various business units to ensure cloud portfolio solutions fit within the overall service offerings and meet customer needs Board Level Reporting and Presentation oPrepare develop and deliver board presentations and strategic updates on portfolio related topics providing insights and recommendations on long term portfolio strategy oPartner with senior leadership to present on overarching portfolio strategies ensuring executive alignment and decision making Strategic Consulting and Advisory oProvide thought leadership on cloud services portfolio development focusing on cloud based solutions for diverse industries oAct as a strategic advisor to senior management on portfolio development positioning and growth opportunities Performance Management and Reporting oTrack and report on portfolio performance ensuring it meets financial operational and customer success KPIs oIdentify areas for improvement and optimization within the portfolio providing recommendations to senior leadership Stakeholder Engagement oEngage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input feedback and requirements for evolving the cloud services portfolio oBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across business units to drive alignment and collaboration Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Business and an MBA in strategy general management is preferred Experience oMinimum of 5 years of experience in strategy management portfolio management or similar roles with a focus on Cloud Professional Services oProven experience working with cross functional teams and managing complex portfolios oPrior experience in preparing and delivering executive level presentations Skills oStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable portfolio strategies oExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and executives oAbility to collaborate with various internal and external teams and manage stakeholders effectively oStrong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives Preferred Qualifications Experience working in cloud services or IT consulting environments Familiarity with cloud professional services portfolio and portfolio management frameworks and best practices Cloud certification is a plus Experience working with global teams and multi national organizations Personal Attributes Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proactive with a solution oriented mindset
