Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone email chat).
  • Resolve issues related to products or services promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear information about company features pricing and policies.
  • Record interactions and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM system.
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish speaker with good English proficiency (B2 or higher).
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customerfocused mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency in using technology tools and CRM systems.
