About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish (native level) to join our team in Lisbon. In this position you will serve as the first point of contact for customers delivering outstanding support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone email and chat.
- Resolve issues related to products and services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Offer clear accurate information about company products services and policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills (B2 level or higher).
- Exceptional communication skills and a customerfocused approach.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous.
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to handle challenges quickly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and technology tools.
