Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy
  1. Performance Management
    • Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability development and alignment with company objectives.
    • Support managers in conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
    • Benefits & Payroll Management
      • Oversee and optimize benefits programs for employees in the US and India ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
      • Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to manage seamless payroll processing for both countries.
    • Talent Acquisition & Development
      • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in both the US and India.
      • Develop learning and development initiatives to nurture employee growth and skill enhancement.
    • Compliance & Policies
      • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in both regions.
      • Update and maintain HR policies adapting them to meet the needs of a global workforce.
    • Employee Engagement
      • Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
      • Act as a champion for diversity equity and inclusion within the company.
    • Qualifications:

    • Proven 10 years experience in a senior HR leadership role preferably in a remote or global environment.
    • Strong understanding of HR practices labor laws and regulations
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
    • Expertise in performance management benefits administration payroll management and culture building.
    • Ability to think strategically while managing daytoday HR operations effectively.
