Job Title: J2EE Lead Developer (US Citizens Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers in designing and building J2EEbased applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Develop test and deploy robust and scalable applications using J2EE technologies.
- Collaborate with frontend backend and database developers to ensure seamless integration.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work with business analysts architects and stakeholders to understand and analyze project requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Architect and design highquality maintainable and secure solutions.
- Develop and review technical designs and code.
- Oversee code reviews unit testing and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot application issues.
- Participate in project planning estimations and timelines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Keep uptodate with emerging technologies and incorporate them into existing processes.
- Recommend improvements to existing systems and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in J2EE application development.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficient in Java J2EE and related frameworks such as Spring Hibernate and Struts.
- Strong experience with web services (RESTful and SOAP).
- Handson experience with application servers like WebLogic WebSphere or JBoss.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies like JavaScript Angular or React (a plus).
- Proficiency in database management systems (MySQL Oracle or PostgreSQL).
- Experience in DevOps tools and practices (Jenkins Docker Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
