Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent nursing care in compliance with care plans and medical standards.
- Administer medications and perform essential treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments and document care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in Vermont (or eligibility for licensure).
- Prior experience in healthcare facilities or similar settings is preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate adaptable and eager to make a difference in patient care.
