- Chart interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner to reflect resident care.
- Prepare and administer medications/treatments as ordered by a physician; Ensure drug & narcotic records are accurate and up to date for each shift; notify nurse manager of discrepancies; appropriately dispose of drugs & narcotics.
- Assists the Director of Nursing with completion of documentation as required by the Department of Human Services PA 2600.
- Assists the Personal Care team to identify the physical social nutritional spiritual and activity needs of residents.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
- Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse License.
